Investing in the future by partnering guardianswith a local bank to set up savings accounts

Since TLC's beginning in 2006, we have focused on child sponsorship as the foundational source offunding to the ministry and care of TrueLight participants. Now 15 years later, as the vision and needs ofTLC continue to grow, we are adding some additional ways to support our work.

TLC is honored to announce the first year of college graduates.

Since Ethiopia hasexperienced extreme inflation, it cost over $9000 to purchase wheat, oil, detergent, salt, and feminine hygieneproducts for our 240 families.

We are so thankful for the generous donations we have received for TLC's COVID relief fund. We have currently raised $17,000, which is being used to help 250 TLC families who were already at risk.

In the midst of so much uncertainty and turmoil, it is wonderful to continue to let the Scripture remind us of the goodness and kindness of our great God!

This summer, a team of TLC staff and volunteers traveled to Addis for TLC’s 2nd annual youth camp! Russ Cooper, Financial Director for TLC’s parent organization Indigenous Outreach International, was on our team, and he shares here about his experience as a TLC sponsor.
